Te Maru o Hinemakahō marae, also known as Pararaki, is located in Raukokore, near the East Cape. Its principal hapū is Te Whānau a Pararaki of Te Whānau a Apanui iwi.
The wharenui is called Pararaki and the wharekai is Hineterā. The marae connects ancestrally to Mātaatua and Tauira-mai-tawhiti waka, the maunga Tawhitinui and the awa Tauranga.
