Haranui (Otakanini)

Haranui marae is located at the base of the South Head of the Kaipara Harbour, in the area of Otakanini. The wharenui is named Ngā Tai i Turia ki te Maro Whara.

Ngāti Whātua Tuturu is the principal hapū of Haranui marae which belongs to the iwi Ngāti Whātua.
