Te Aroha o Tītokowaru marae (also known as Ōkaiawa) is located 4 km outside of Ōkaiawa. Its principal hapū is Ngāti Manuhiakai of the iwi Ngāruahine.
The wharenui on site is named Te Aroha and was opened in 1963. The marae connects ancestrally to the waka Aotea and the maunga Taranaki.
